This vehicle reproduces the bug, which has the nuclear fuel rod rappidly flash, heat up a volume absurdly rapidly and then break. Workbenches in the hangars on airbases are the intended spawn locations. The cause seems to be the large volume, in which the reactor is situated. There is a mising block in the wall between the smaller reactor chamber (the one with windows) and the rest of the large box. Both volumes are sealed, when the hole is blocked off.
To better understand, what is going on here, I recomend a frame-by frame analysis, as that reveals that the destruction isn't instantaneous, but rather the endeffect of the absurdly rapid temperature increase. Once the temperature grows beyond the 64bit limit and becomes not-a-number, the fuel rods break, regardless of the vehicle damage being enabled or disabled.
The physics quality is on high. Game Version is 1.14.2. DLCs and default Add-ons are irrelevant.
To achieve frame-by-frame for those without dev-tools, placing nuclear fuel assemblies inside the large volume untill the game lags to a low update frequency (~1000ms is good) while the vehicle is spawned in the world. Care should be taken, as this cam be very memory and GPU intensive.
