Allows a colonist in the most dire of circumstances to attempt his or her own surgery.
The following conditions must be met:
☑ Pawn is conscious, not downed and not incapacitated.
☑ Only pawn in the player faction in such a state on the current map.
☑ Has an infection on a non-essential body part.
☑ Can perform the medical task.
☑ Has Self-Tend active.
If these conditions are met the pawn will have a new ability called "Cut It Off."
When this is clicked the pawn will drop everything to perform the amputation by his or herself.
