This is a demo of a way to reduce the rate of fire on the light and heavy autocannon.
The exact fire rates are not know to me, they are labelled (found in properties menu, fastest to slowest) Normal, Medium, Slow, Slower, Slowest and Manual. It also comes with a bypass that allows for bypassing the system and firing at full speed.
