Blood Loss Overhaul adds a separate blood system to Barotrauma. YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO IGNORE THE BLOOD PACK.
Blood loss gradually drains the character's blood volume. The less blood remains, the worse their condition becomes.
