33KW Nuclear Reactor Steam Generator
This is a 33KW+ Nuclear Reactor powered steam generator. This creation was an experiment to see how well grok could help with designing a creation. I tried getting it to make a micro controller for the nuclear reactor, but I had issues with it tuning the PID it created and just gave up on that.
The information display screen was coded by grok. It took a couple tries but I let grok have free reign and only guided it for fitment and the animated background animation. Grok really wanted to add some RGB lights so I had it write up some LUA for an RGB back glow for the reactor. The color scheme was RGB codes grok said to use and the paint design is as close as I could get to its description with its approval. Since grok designed the display and paint scheme I allowed it a signature display on back. It created a cool animated signature with a radiation leak warning since it really wanted to add some type of threat warning screen. I did some tweaking to the warning screen by duplicating the text to the left side of the screen.
Overall grok was pretty easy to use to make the display LUA. I mostly had fitting/alignment issues and input/output values either being the actual numerical value or a 0-1 fraction with grok not knowing what to use. It was super easy for grok to understand me when I was telling it what I want changed with the script and it usually got the fix first try. If you don't know coding I definitely recommend using AI to code stuff you. If you have something in mind going into it, I'm sure you can easily get any of the main AI models out there to make what you're thinking of.
