For some reason caravan formation doesn't have the remove item functionality that pod/ship loading has. This mod fixes that.
Compatible with: Loading in Progress, Set Up Camp, Giddy-up: Caravan, SRTS Expanded, Caravan Adventures, Trade Helper, Animals Gender on Caravan. Really, as long as the mod doesn't change the item list display during caravan loading it should be compatible.
Incompatible with: Haven't found anything yet.
Known caveat: If there are multiples of the same object being loaded this mod will remove the first on the loadout list regardless of which one you actually clicked. I decided to do it this way because it required much less code modification.
