Why does it look so strange? Well its original hull design is that of my mini WWI u-boat (link below) and i have taken and outfitted it with a large turbine steam engine and a winch so it can be used to tow my whaleback steamers around port.
and i pick this hull design for that reason, it looks like a mini whaleback steamer!
the start button is in the hatch at the bow make sure to feed engine coal every so often.

where did the name come from?
I just began drawing random letters on the hull and it became FLOPO so that is now its name.
NOTE: it is not designed for open ocean or bad weather
its soul job is to move ships around a port attempting to take it in open ocean in harsh weather may result in the boat being flung around like a cat playing with its food.
