WARNING
Due to the ID change in the latest update, the game will deactivate the mod for all previous subscribers. Reactivate it again and make sure to sort it accordingly.
DETAILS
This retexture mod changes the graphics for these vanilla spots:
- Party Spot
- Butcher Spot
- Crafting Spot
- Marriage Spot
- Meditation Spot
- Caravan Packing Spot
- Animal Sleeping Spot
- Single Sleeping Spot
- Double Sleeping Spot
These spots are now more visible and they all have a unique texture. They all share similar styles and color profiles. The resolution / pixel count has also been doubled.
This mod DOES NOT alter the behavior / function of these spots, therefore it's compatible with mods that add new spots or expand the function of existing ones.
Also changes the graphics for these spots from other mods:
- Trading Control
- Trading Spot
- Allies Spot
- Prayer Spots
- Run And Hide
- Thinking Spot
- Prisoner Arena
- Trade Ships Drop Spot
- Animal Harvesting Spot
- Biomes! Islands (Aquatic Spot)
- VGP Garden Gourmet (Salt Mine)
Prayer Spots mod has optional custom textures in 3 additional styles. You can find these textures and the instructions on how to use them in the Custom Prayer Spots folder.
COMPATIBILITY
CE compatible, since it's just a retexture mod.
Multiplayer compatible, since it's just a retexture mod.
This mod has no dependencies. Can be placed anywhere in the load order, but is most effective when placed at the bottom / last. Completely compatible with some exceptions:
- ZARS Production Spots (By Dracoix) directly patches the Butcher and the Crafting Spot, so its textures will always be used regardless of the load order. I'll create a patch for it and other mods.
- Although the Prayer Spots mod is patched here, that mod is not yet updated for 1.2. It still mostly does work, but it currently shows a red error and its directional spot textures aren't loading properly.
NOTES
If there's something that you don't like, simply delete the associated png file for that item, which can be found in the Textures folder. The game will then switch to either vanilla graphics or graphics from another one of your mods if it happens to modify the same texture.
If there's something that you really don't like or think it can be improved upon, let me know. I've combined all of these textures into one mod file to save myself the trouble of having to maintain several mods or dozens of variations. And I have plans to introduce more textures.
