This is just a upload off some small changes to make it compatible with the newest versions.

Adds several new melee weapons to the game, designed to continue growing alongside ranged weapons in the tech tree; whereas vanilla stops at the longsword. Close-quarters combat even in the late-game is getting interesting new possibilities!

The new weapons are:

  • Charge Sword: spacer-tech energy-based sword. Deals heavy damage, but is expensive to make. Requires fabrication bench.
  • Rocket Hammer: big hammer powered by combustion engines. Deals blunt damage. Requires fabrication bench.
  • Stun Baton: non-lethal weapon that can shock a target with pain, useful for capturing. Requires machining table.
  • Baseball Bat: alternative to the club. Requires fueled or electric smithy.
  • Chainsaw: bad-ass weapon that deals severe damage in bursts. Requires machining table.

This mod is save-compatible.
