Every time something catches fire on your submarine, "I hope you die in a fire" by The Living Tombstone starts playing.
Like some other mods, this one was made just for a small group of friends who decided to have a little fun. But it turns out the mod works quite well, so why not share it?
For those interested in how it works:
The mod does not change the sound of fire. The first object that catches fire on the submarine becomes the source of the music. If that object disappears/burns out/goes out, but there is still fire on the submarine, the music source moves to the nearest burning object. To stop the music, you must extinguish all the fire.
The sound is audible approximately 50-100 meters from the submarine (I haven't checked exact numbers), so even those outside the submarine have a chance to hear the quiet music coming from inside.
The mod works perfectly with Soundproof walls 2.0, and the music is not muffled through walls, it will be heard just as well. And it also perfectly syncs in multiplayer.
Yes, it slightly "eases" the gameplay, as you can hear where the music is playing and know something is burning on your submarine before you see it. But who cares? Honestly, I would burn everything down just to listen to this banger.
