The RISS MILF is an ex-prisoner transport submarine used by the now capitulated Red Independant Stations a union of stations who followed marxist-leninism. The RISS-PT, it's initial name was mainly used to transport criminals, political dissidents, and POWs however after the fall of the R.I.S by the hands of the Coalition the submarine had been salvaged and rebuilt by a group of ragtag submariners and renamed the RISS MILF.
