A high-yield explosive crafted from Fulgurium and C-4. Detonates with a massive ~15-meter diameter EMP pulse, devastating enemy electronics across an entire section of a target sub. Compatible with railgun shells, depth charges and remote detonators. Load and fire to cripple junction rooms, navigation consoles, or weapon systems in one well-placed shot.
