The Security Officer’s Bandolier can now be equipped in both the Bag and OuterClothes slots.
This lets you wear a bandolier with heavy weapons or a backpack, freeing your hands. It also keeps the vanilla pairing with diving suits and armor. Enjoy your tactical flexibility!
No stat changes or rebalancing beyond this point.
Minimal xml override to the bandolier.
Should be compatible with multiplayer and other mods, unless they alter bandoliers - in that case load this one above.
