Restricted Storage allows you to restrict who can take things FROM storage. It's restricted access, if you will.
This mod is mostly-functional as of right now, altho the graphics could use some help:
Help Happily Accepted: If anyone wants to help with the overlays, I would love better graphics for:
(no animals)
(no humans)
(mixed restrictions) - a little x that is properly centered would work fine for this; I just haven't gotten there.

In the vanilla game, "storage" means Shelves.
I use this with Deep Storage (my favorite storage mod, it's really awesome) but it should work with any storage buildings out there - for example, RimFridge.
