7/29/2020 Deflecting bullets are now available.
To be able to use the deflection feature, you will need "JecsTools".

The base success value for deflection is +15%.
Also, for every point of melee skill value, the successful deflection value is increased by 0.75%.
If the melee skill value is 20, it is +15%, so the total success value is 30%.
