All specialists can do all work types, but their expectations are increased by one level. (e.g Low --> Moderate)
I thought that removing the main downside of specialist roles was a bit too powerful without something to offset it.
(This only applies to specialist roles that have work restrictions, so some roles like Mechackers lack the expectation increase.)
Descriptions from Ideology and Vanilla Ideology Expanded are patched to not mention restricted work types. (Alpha Memes didn't need patching.)
