Add Lapelli Race. This mode is for Hardcore SK 1.1ver only.
It is a Lapelli race can be used in the Hardcore-SK mode pack. Features are the same as the existing mode.
After 10 hours of play I did not experience any problems. But, Facial Stuff is not applicable.
