This is a subway-inspired personal fully electric train with a generator tandem included (the train can fully operate without it). The name stands for "Model Train 65 mph top speed Personal Compact".
Operating this vehicle is not easy (it's a feature) so I might need to add a PDF manual at some point. It is recommended to have a crew of at least 2 players to operate it efficiently.
