This is The Dr. Scar Heavy Industries №228 Tank Locomotive capable of pulling, or pushing 60,000 mass at 85 km/h.
It has a range of about 24 km before the water runs out. The Locomotive has a working bell, and an AWS Auto braking system that stops the train when a player or NPC is standing in front of it, if you are having issues moving simply override the AWS. DSHI has designed this locomotive to be extremely efficient a at reversing, capable of reversing at full speed.
