A small tweak to Vanilla Apparel Expanded. With this addon, industrial tech-level pawns will almost always spawn with shoes or boots.
Imagine this: you're a raider who's getting prepared to attack an enemy base. The trek to the colony is miles long, the jungle biome you have to cross is full of thorns and parasites. But despite all that, you casually decided you're better off without shoes. Vanilla Apparel Expanded adds shoes and boots to the game. However, the rate in which pawns spawn with them is unrealistically low. So, for the sake of realism, i made a small tweak to make them appear way more often.
NOTE: Your starting colonists will not start with footwear. If you want, use Prepare Carefully and manually give them shoes.
