This mod makes that you can cutting out someone head, and provides some related things.
If someone's head cut out, then drops head preserving its shape.
This mods add one surgery recipe for just cutting head also.
[Items]
1. Head Stake
Just head with stake.
Make near persons fearful. Sometimes enemy will flee if they see head stake.
2. Head Shells
You can shot 'head' from mortar.
Can be made with head, neutroamine and chemical fuel or antigrain warhead(more powerful version).
Head shells give not any damage, but gives mental break.
It affects humans only. but some bloody persons can ignore this effects.
3. Head Trophy
Just decoration. Don't have any utility, but it looks similar ordinary sculpture so people don't have complain about this.

Maybe safe.
