[b]A simple mod that adds the minor upgrades from VVE - Upgrades to more vehicles.[/b]
Currently including every single VE vehicle, including the ones from tier 1 that did not and are not going to receive them, the tier 2 ones that are yet to receive them and the ones from the Tier 3 mod that are not going to get any upgrades.
