3-pressure air brake(v2) with supply unit (Air Brake)

Hello,

This is my attempt at a 3D printed air brake. It works, as far as possible, like the real one on the railway.
It is multi-soluble and therefore not so easy to exhaust.

The system uses 6Bar as a basis, as there is 1Bar everywhere in the tanks and pipes as standard.
In addition, there is an 11Bar line to supply other things with compressed air (currently unused).
The brake applies at about ~4.8Bar.
There is a ‘brake position change’ which changes the cross section from the air reservoir to the ‘control valve’.
The ‘control valve’ is represented here by a PID controller and is influenced by the tanks.
There is also a ‘release cable’ for venting and a shut-off valve for switching off the brake.

Operation of the supply unit:
-Here in the example: Connect the power cable.
-Switch on the changeover switch (switch on the compressor)
-Wait until pressure is present.
-Use the lever to regulate the pressure from 6 bar to 1 bar. (This is the line that must be connected to operate the brakes!!!!!)

Operation of the brake unit:
-Brakes switched on by default!
Switch off = close the red shut-off valve and switch on the changeover switch labelled ‘brake shut-off valve’. Then press and hold the ‘Release cable’ button until there is no more pressure in the A-chamber.
-Apply and release the brakes more quickly = change the brake position from G to P (the lever).
-Apply and release the brakes more slowly = change the brake position from P to G (the lever).

Have fun discovering this horror. It only took a few days XD.
