GravLaunch Startup

Changes gravship launches to require a startup period before you can launch. After startup, you have a small window to perform the launch, after which there will be a cooldown period before you can trigger the startup process again. With this startup, launching a gravship is no longer a consequence-free eject button. You can begin the Startup phase by selecting the grav engine and clicking the "Initiate GravLaunch Warm-up Sequence" gizmo. By default, the startup phase takes 12 hours, the following launch window is 6 hours, and the following cooldown phase is 24 hours. All of these values can be changed in the settings. You can even set the cooldown phase to be 0 hours if you want to disable it. You can also choose to abort startup during the startup phase by selecting the Abort gizmo on the grav engine. This will cancel the startup and immediately start the cooldown phase. Compatible with Vanilla Gravships Expanded. GravJumpers default to a 6 hour startup phase, 3 hour launch window, and 12 hours cooldown phase. GravHulks default to a 24 hour startup phase, 12 hour launch window, and 48 hours cooldown phase. All of these values can be changed in the settings. You also have the option to initiate an Emergency Startup. This will instantly put the grav engine into the startup phase, enabling an immediate launch; however, the quality of the launch will be much worse than usual, and you will have a longer cooldown phase after landing. Emergency Startup itself has a long cooldown as well, so use it at your own peril. Whether or not emergency startups are possible, and all timers associated with them, can be changed in the settings.
