R&D - Maimed but Still Dangerous

Maimed adds a middle state between regular mobility and being downed. When a pawn's movement drops below 36% but they are still conscious, they go to the ground in the Maimed state instead of being knocked out.

Maimed pawns can still fight from where they fell. They shoot, swing, and crawl toward targets at crawl speed if they have any movement or manipulation. With 0% of both, they are immobile and can only attack things in melee range.
Pain shock is expanded so wounded pawns keep fighting longer before blacking out.

Wounded animals attack faster and hit harder when Maimed, because as we all know, a wounded animal is even more dangerous and unpredictable than normal.
