Give your storyteller a brain.
What is this
Vanilla storytellers are just event dispensers. No personality, no feelings. This mod turns the storyteller into an actual character — one that gets angry, cares about your colony, and stirs things up when bored.
Each storyteller gets an AI-generated personality on game start (four dimensions: benevolence, malice, calmness, morality). Different personality, different behavior. A tyrant drops raids when annoyed. A guardian sneaks you gifts.
You can also chat with the storyteller directly. They respond based on their personality and current mood.
Features
- AI Personality — Four-dimensional traits, dozens of title combos from "Little Angel" to "Tyrant"
- Chat — Open the chat tab and talk to your storyteller. They actually respond
- Three-Color Emotions — Red(anger) / Blue(care) / Yellow(boredom). News feeds emotions, full bar triggers action
- Abilities — When emotions peak, storyteller uses powers: gifts, pranks, raids — depends on mood
- Favor System — Interactions affect how much they like you. High favor = help. Low favor = trouble
- Personal Status — No more generic "Standing by". Each storyteller has unique idle/thinking/acting descriptions
- Custom Backstory — AI personality not enough? Write your own additions, storyteller plays along
- Manual Tuning — Four sliders, set whatever personality you want
