The Dead Man's Switch - Exosuit Framework Label Fix

A pure translation patch for Exosuit Framework. No DLL, no Harmony — just three missing string keys, filled in for
four languages.

[ Problem ]
Exosuit Framework already adds a "Return to bay" gizmo for any colonist set as a maintenance bay's assigned pilot. But
every shipped translation pack is missing the keys WG_GetOff, WG_GetOffDesc and WG_GetInDesc, so the button labels
render as raw key names (e.g. "WG_GetOff") in every language. Most players see that placeholder and ignore the button
as broken UI — myself included, until someone pointed it out.

[ Fix ]
This mod fills in those three keys for English / 简体中文 / 繁體中文 / 日本語. After installing, while a colonist is
piloting an exosuit and is assigned to a maintenance bay, you'll see a properly-labeled "Return to bay" gizmo with a
real tooltip.

[ How to use ]
1. Build a maintenance bay.
2. Click the "Assign Pilot" gizmo on the bay and bind a colonist (same workflow as setting a bed's owner).
3. While piloting, that colonist now shows a translated "Return to bay" button that walks them back and doffs the
exosuit on arrival.

[ Compatibility ]
- Loads after Exosuit Framework so it overrides the missing keys.
- No DLL, no defs — savegame-safe to add or remove at any time.
- Works with every content mod built on the framework (The Dead Man's Switch, MobileDragoon, AncientCorps, Synthetic,
Motorized, ...).

[ History ]
v1.x of this mod added a separate Harmony-injected button that did the same thing. After reverse-engineering
Exosuit.dll I realized the framework already provides this button — it just wasn't translated. v2.0 drops the C#
entirely and fixes the underlying localization gap.

[ Credits ]
- Exosuit Framework by AobaKuma — this mod is only a localization fix for it.
