Healing Gun & Grapple Gun

Adds two functional weapons from Delta Force: a healing gun that patches up bleeding wounds, and a grapple gun that captures enemies from afar.

A must-have for medics and assault specialists.

【Healing Gun】
- Heals bleeding wounds when shooting allies
- Deals damage when shooting enemies
- Regenerates 1 charge per hour, up to 3 charges max
- Healing strength adjustable via Mod Options (10%-100%)
- Optional pain relief effect on allies: temporarily reduces pain, duration customizable (0.1-24 hours)

【Grapple Gun】
- Drags enemies to you and arrests them on hit
- Pulls allies to safety without dealing damage or arresting
- Regenerates 1 charge per hour, up to 1 charge max
- Arrest failure chance adjustable via Mod Options (0%-100%)
- Cooldown penalty multiplier after successful arrest (1-5x)
- Toggle whether to target mechanoids or large animals
- Post-capture stun effect: toggle on/off, duration adjustable (1-60 seconds, default 6s)

Both craftable at the Fabrication bench!

PS: Unequipping and re-equipping the weapon resets the ammo cooldown, fully refilling charges. It's a harmless bug, leaving it as is.
