As of CE v4.5 (released on Feb. 12), HEDP grenades were internally added. This mod is now unnecessary and obsolete.
Adds a high-explosive dual-purpose 40mm round for grenade launching systems. Capable of penetrating light armor at the cost of less fragmentation and explosive radius.
Specifically adds:
40x46mm HEDP
40x53mm HEDP

To be honest, they're sort of useless considering the things you can get your hands on. But it's fun watching things get shredded by an automatic grenade launching system.
