The ChME3 was a 3₀-3₀ axle diesel locomotive manufactured by the Czechoslovakian company ČKD Praha for deliveries to the USSR. It served as the basis for the T669 series, a standard gauge diesel locomotive for Czechoslovakia's own railways, which differed primarily in track width and coupling type, as well as a number of similar locomotives for other countries.
