The Khroazan Technologies 19.4 JPV, this model in service with the German Bundeswehr with the codename "Elster"/"Magpie", is an 80's single-seat, twin-turboshaft light attack helicopter that has undergone heavy conversion from the Light Scout Helicopter KhT 16.

Startup Procedures
Engine Start:

Increase Throttle to ~8% or use Autothrottle, use Starter.
[*] Infine Electric is off, and the GPU is to be used:
Connect GPU Cable to External Power Port and start the GPU, increase Throttle to ~8% or enable Autothrottle, then use Starter.
[*] Infine Electric is off, and no GPU is available:
Increase Throttle to ~8% or use Autothrottle, open Emergency Handcrank panel and crank until engines ignite.

INS, NAV and Radio Setup:
[i]Since at this point in time, GPS hasnt yet reached a reliable operational state, the KhT relies on an INS for navigation.[/i]
The INS and NAV are in the panel on the port-front side of the Fuselage, the Radio on the opposite side.

[*] INS: Select Waypoint 0, input the Helicopter's XY and Altitude Coordinates and push "Waypoint Write" to set up INS. Push INS Reset button if necessary.
[*] NAV: Select any waypoint number, input waypoint coordinates, write to waypoint number.
[*] Radio: Select Channel, input Frequency and, if necessary, an encryption key, then write freq. to channel.
Encryption functions using Clock Time, thus Time Override has to be off for Encryption to work. Setting Encryption Key to 0 will output the saved frequency with no modification.
