Smooth Walls First, then Smooth Floor

Inside the construction Worktab, when it comes down to the smoothing operations, the Pawns will smooth Walls First, then proceed to smooth floors.
The other worktab priorities were not changed!

Known ISSUE :
I just realized that Smooth walls first is kinda misleading...
Your Pawns will construct / deconstruct etc. FIRST. Only when theese Tasks are done and you´re purely looking at the 2 options of either go to "Smooth Walls" or "Smooth Flooring", the Pawns will prioritise Smoothing the wall before starting to smooth the floor.
