Requested by user Dirty Mike and The Boys to turn down the effects of wine in the Vanilla Factions Expanded Medieval MOD similar to my Beer is Alright MOD.
This mod reduces the effects of wine to make it so you can have a few a day and not keep the effects.
No known issues.
Compatibility - Completely. Uses xpath patching and overwrites no core files.

A: Must have the VFE Medieval MOD before this one, but this MOD checks for you :)
