I take no credit for this. 99% of the content is by the original author (see above). I updated this to 1.6 for my own use, then realized that someone else might want it.
There are other Pokemon mods out nowadays, but I always preferred this one as it keeps things simple: no catching or other extra features, the mod uses the standard Rimworld taming and pet system.
Do note that I haven't modded actively in five years, so there may be some oversights. At minimum, there are no warnings or errors left, and this has been successfully tested with major modlists. Should be compatible with nearly everything, as the mod sticks to core standards.

[*] [b]Berry System:[/b] Updated berries to the current engine standards + rebalanced nutrition values.
[*] [b]Egg Mechanics:[/b] Added unfertilized egg defs for all 159 Pokémon as required by 1.6. made Bug-type eggs trigger insect meat thoughts when eaten.
[*] [b]Odyssey Support:[/b] Integrated Pokémon spawns into new Odyssey biomes. Implemented Odyssey Crossbreeding based on egg groups + added an option to disable that from Mod Options.
[*] [b]Compatibility:[/b] Added 'WP_' prefixes to all main defs to prevent ID conflicts with other Pokémon mods.
[*] [b]AI Improvements:[/b] Added flags for fishing, prey behavior, flying, and water avoidance to many species.
[*] [b]Visual Overhaul:[/b] Upscaled and converted all Pokémon and object textures to .dds format for better performance.
