A concrete wall has 610hp. Between Granite - 510 and Uranium - 750

- Adds Concrete Tile and Flagstone floors.
- Recipe: 40 any stone blocks + 20 steel = 50 concrete blocks. Electric smelter, 1100 work to make.
- Material works correct with buildings from other mods like More Furniture.
