Adds books which contain specific technologies. These books can be bought from traders and currently each trader will have a chance at spawning books.
Each book can be used to research a technology if all prerequisite techs have been researched.
If you don't have all prerequisite techs researched a book can grant insights into other researches. These insights are limited to any prerequisite techs for the book all the way back.
Each book can only grant so much information, more complex technologies have more information and thus are able to grant more insights.(Each book can give about 150% of its tech's base point cost in research before it is destroyed).
A book's tech is generated dynamically on load so techs from any mod should be able to generate.
Each book's price is generated based on its point cost and its tech level.
Learning from a tech book works similar to research, a pawn who can research more quickly will learn from a tech book faster as well.

Update for 1.2
-There is now an option for tech books to contain tech prints(off by default)
-Techs will now tell you is you are missing "hidden" prerequisites. These are techs that you can't gain insights into but are required to learn the tech.
-Modded benches should now work properly
-May have accidentally introduced a bug where books lose their insights. Not sure what causes it but it only seems to happen when you have a lot of books on the map. Let me know if you encounter it.

-Using a book now requires a free research bench capable of researching the tech contained or whatever insight tech is currently being researched.
-Books can now grant inspiration to a pawn. This will boost research speed by 20, 40 or 70% depending on how much of a book they used up(also dependent on point cost). The buff decays at a slow rate except while sleeping, while researching the buff is consumed much faster.
-Fixed(hopefully) books generating all over the place as well as visitors from hospitality having books. There is now an option do disallow them having books all together and by default there is a 20% chance for them to have a book.
-Books don't always spawn at 100% health and have show in the label their rough health(can be disabled in settings)
Planned features:
-Allow books to be used to increase research speed for general research of the same tech level.
-Some way to create tech books to sell
-Encyclopedias for each tech level, broken up in to volumes containing all the tech for a whole level.
