Enables the construction of the vanilla unsmoothed walls of rock.
[i]Smoothed version of rock are not constructable, and still have to be smoothed.[/i]

Since I did this by modifying the vanilla xml, I expect issues with mods that do the same or depend on unmodified vanilla.
As a side-effect, [b]it also places its rough-hewn rock floor[/b] wherever you're placing walls.
