This patch makes time spent mining of equal value in a per hour sense.
Q: Why would I want this?
A: It makes the decision on what to mine a matter of what is needed instead of what has the highest market price. A consequence of this is trading mined resources for silver becomes unnecessary. Need silver? Just mine some.
This patch adjusts the amount of work it takes a pawn to mine, according to the market value of that resource. For example, mining Silver takes 332 ticks and mining Steel takes 455 ticks.
