Updated to include the new content in Kurin HAR Edition! The only piece not yet working is the Hwatcha as it's a bit more complex to CE Patch. The new weapons and armor are balanced to the CE equivalent of the target balance for Kurin HAR Edition though I'm open to feedback on how I've balanced things. The existing content has also been entirely rebalanced, and in some case may cause some issues in existing saves. It
