This Mod adds the D77-TC Pelican from Halo The Pelican is a Mid-Range SRTS And is mainly used for Troop Transport This Pelican Does Not Come with Guns and it can not be Used for Bombing But it can go into space if using SOS2
-Should be safe to add Mid-Save
-YOU WILL NEED SRTS EXPANDED FOR THIS TO WORK
This Mod will Hopefully be Updating to have Diffrent Pelican Types like The Newer Models from the 343 Era and the The Police Pelican
