This mod allows other mods to add Psycasts to Apparel and Hediffs.
Mods can use the Comp defined in this mod to give the wearer of an apparel or hediff the ability to cast a psycast, even if the pawn is not a psycast-enabled pawn.
It supports custom psycasts and only needs the defName of the psycast as property.
For info on how its used please look at the template-file in the Def-directory of the mod.
