Allows you to lay mud down. As you might already know, mud is really hard to walk over. No research needed. Look in your Floor menu. You can lay mud down on typical heavy type land, and remove it again if you want. It's just mud.
Add it to a save, or remove it with no problems. Compatible with literally everything probably.
