AA Silvalise Kobolds

Adds playable Silvalise race! The Silvalise Kobolds are similar to Dogbolds, in that they aren't picky about food and they are small. But they also are friendlier and have more technology than the Dogbolds. Stats by comparison to humans. Humans: Move Speed 4.6, Min Comfy Temp 16, Max Comfy Temp 26, Total Temp Range 10, Fist Damage 8.2, Teeth Damage 8.2, Headbutt Damage 5, Health Scale 1, Hunger Rate 1, Body Size 1. Silvalise Kobolds: Move Speed 6, Min Comfy Temp 10, Max Comfy Temp 30, Total Temp Range 20, Claw Damage 5, Teeth Damage 7, Health Scale 0.60, Hunger Rate 0.70, Body Size 0.75, Work Speed 1.15, Immunity Gain Speed 1.15, Mining Speed 1.25, Smoothing Speed 1.15, Trade Price Improvement 1.10. Yes, I am aware that the temperature range is large. These Kobolds do not get mood penalties for eating bugs, people, kibble, or raw food. They are not bothered by dead men's clothes or by lack of tables. They do not care about sleeping on the ground, darkness, or selling prisoners. None of these things give them a mood penalty, but that doesn't mean it isn't still beneficial to feed them well and give them comfortable beds. They just don't need it to maintain sanity. Known Issues: 1. The same food issue as the Dogbolds, though I think that is fixed. I don't know for sure yet if the problem is entirely dealt with, but I have changed their food type to "CarnivoreAnimal" and "OmnivoreAnimal" just like the Rimhammer Beastmen in the hopes that it fixed the issue. 2. Just like the Dogbolds, they can't be scheduled for surgery to add prosthetics. And prosthetics can't be added in Prepare Carefully either. But they can be added in Dev Mode. *edit* Prosthetics should work now. For future reference, I needed to put this in the General Settings <humanRecipeImport>true</humanRecipeImport> Not compatible with Biotech.
