VOE - Progression Mining Patch
Patches Vanilla Outposts Expanded mining to use resource targets friendlier to large modpacks, and adds a Deep Mining Outpost type with a minimum skill of 50.
While loading it scans and filters minable items, this allows modded resources to be mined at the outpost, and also disables ores that would not actually spawn in the world.
The Deep Mining Outpost grabs all items that have deepComonality > 0 and deepCountPerPortion > 0 (they spawn, and they yield something), and uses a similar methodology as the normal VOE mining outpost to produce the outputs (tries to approximate actual mining process).
