What is this?
This is a mod that forces mods that should be loaded last to be loaded last.
What's the point of this?
This is mainly to streamline modlist building for inexperienced users, and to generally make all of our lives a little easier. If you think this is useless, you are not the target audience for this mod and should not waste time caring about it.
