While having the GPS, sit in the driver's seat and press V to attach or detach the GPS.
Or, if you want to use it while walking or running, insert a battery into the GPS, attach it to your belt, and turn it on.

Using Autonomous Driving:
Although autonomous driving in the 90s seems premature, it is included as an Easter egg feature. It is unstable but makes long-distance driving more comfortable.
