Description
This mod simply adds two new xenotypes, a hostile faction, a new scenario and three new genes. Introducing the Varan, an extremely strong and violent race of lizardfolk who have lived on this Rimworld for centuries. They are specifically built to thrive in desert environments, and do not survive long in cold biomes.

Genes

[*] [b]Corpse eater[/b] - [i]'Carriers of this gene develop sharp carnivorous teeth, built for ripping raw flesh off the bone, allowing them to consume corpses with little effort. This doesn't achieve much unless the carrier also has robust digestion.' [/i]
[*] [b]Lizard head[/b] - [i]'Carriers of this gene possess a reptile-like, lizard head.' [/i]
[*] [b]Lizard tail[/b] - [i]'Carriers of this gene grow a long scaly lizard tail which is mostly cosmetic.' [/i]

Xenotypes

[*] [b]Varan[/b] - [i]'Extremely strong lizardfolk built for desert life. They cannot survive long in cold environments, but they absolutely thrive in dry heat. Their large frame and ferocious behavior has created a reputation of brutality and fear.'[/i]
[*] [b]Elder Varan[/b] - [i]'This subset of varans is rarer but much much stronger. Elder varans have a notably larger size and thirst for blood. They frequently rise to the highest ranks of varan society. Their scales are made of a plasteel-like substance that protects from damage.' [/i]

Faction
A clan of xenophobic supremacist lizard people. They are extremely violent and lack empathy for those outside their tribe. Disturbingly, they are known to farm humans for their meat, leather and bones.

Note:
Varan bases are limited to spawning in specifically allocated desert biomes. I've tried to include as many modded biomes as possible, but I might have missed a few. Please send me the the name of the mod you want compatibility for, and I will try to add it.
