Haven Player Follow
Right-click player follow options for Project Zomboid multiplayer servers (Build 42+).
About
Follow another nearby player without constantly opening the map or manually pathing behind them. Pick a spacing mode and your character will keep moving toward a practical follow point near the target.
Follow Modes
- Close - stay about 1 tile away
- Safe - stay about 5 tiles away
- Distant - stay about 10 tiles away
How To Use
- Right-click a nearby player
- Choose Follow Player
- Pick Close, Safe, or Distant spacing
- Right-click again and choose Stop Following when done
Notes
- Client-side helper for movement convenience
- Best used for groups travelling together, escorts, convoys, and new-player guidance
- Does not make you invulnerable or override normal Project Zomboid movement risks
