An item collection tracker for Project Zomboid Build 42 — a Pokédex-style
codex. Items are auto-discovered as they pass through your inventory;
right-click to discover manually and open an info card with icon, name and
description. Inventory tooltips show a "Discovered: Yes/No" indicator.
Per-character progress, filters, category sidebar. Works in multiplayer
(client-side).
