I love the Wolfein Race mod!
I wanted to change a few things for myself, so I created this patch and have also uploaded it in case anyone else liked and wanted to use this. Some options are opt-in, and must be enabled, so check the config for the mod in-game. Then restart your game after applying them.
Features:
-Fixes head selection, allowing you to change Wolfein's head graphics.
-Allows editing the hair color of Pure Wolfeins, and matches ear+tail+ahoge colors accordingly.
-Makes starting Wolfein pawns have the correct xenotypes instead of being baseliners.
-Forces the correct traits onto Wolfeins based on xenotype (in case you accidentally removed them)
-Adds the Wolfein icon to what HAR expects. This means you no longer get a red X on outfit stands.
Wolfein MegaCorp Ideology (optional toggles):
-Make the Wolfein xenotypes preferred by the MegaCorp by default.
-Allows editing MegaCorp's preferred xenotypes.
-Allows editing MegaCorp's weapon pairs.
-Allows editing MegaCorp's preferred apparels.
(Note that enabling edits to the Wolfein MegaCorp Ideology allows you to edit its precepts in ways which can be odd)
Experimental (optional toggles):
-Toggle to change how Wolfein hair is handled, allowing for Wolfeins to use any hair, as well as other races to use Wolfein hairs.
-Toggle to allow Wolfeins to have offspring with other humanlike races.
Patches made to/for HAR itself:
-Allows you to select any valid race for the outfit stand. Normally, you're only allowed to use your colonist's races.
-Slightly experimental changes to point HAR to the expected Wolfein textures in rare cases where it can bug out.
SUPER IMPORTANT, DON'T SKIP READING THIS
You don't need Biotech or Ideology to use this patch.
However, you'll obviously only get the features for Ideologies and Xenotypes if you do have those DLC.
